Our company is a real estate management joint-stock company established in cooperation with local Chinese. It is mainly engaged in real estate development and property management. It is now investing in the CITY8 project area. This project is divided into three divisions:
1. Villa area, 98 villas have been built, and there are various independent suites with a construction area of 110 to 150 square meters.
2. The water park area is a water entertainment and leisure area, with more than ten kinds of water entertainment items and local specialty snacks and small commodity sales areas.
3. The commercial building area, includes supermarkets, shopping malls, office buildings and hotel buildings.
The project covers a total area of 50,000 square meters. The 30 villas in the first district were completed in 2019 and started to operate. The project is currently operating well, and the later projects are being constructed as scheduled.
